2. On some pages and some blog posts where there are a lot of different affiliate links for different products and/or services:

(Or a version of the above message.)

3. On some pages or posts, where there are fewer affiliate links, an affiliate disclosure may appear as follows:

Product/Service Name [affiliate]

 For example:

 Pet-Supermarket [affiliate]
