DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
Delivery costs and times (UK and Europe)
We aim to post all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In most cases it will be posted on the same or following day. Orders are posted by Royal Mail Second Class (our standard mailing service). Delivery costs are included in the price of the goods so no additional delivery costs will be incurred unless you request first class delivery or any additional delivery requirements such as registered mail or post by courier. Delivery costs and times (excluding UK and Europe)
We aim to post all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In most cases it will be posted on the same or following day. Orders are posted by Royal Mail International Standard (our international standard mailing service). The Company will contact you to advise of the additional delivery charge before posting out your order. If you would prefer a non-standard mailing method, you will be able to advise the Company of this when we contact you. No goods will be sent until we have agreed the mailing service and additional cost.
We at Talking Dogs Ltd. want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. To exercise your cancellation right please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that items must be returned unused and undamaged.
The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):
Sealed audio or video recordings if unsealed by you after delivery, e.g. our DVDs
Digital content (including apps, digital software, ebooks, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that the supplier could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started, e.g. products sold via Vimeo
Returns Costs & Methods
Within the 14 day statutory cancellation period, the Company will refund the cost of sending an item back to us.
Outwith the 14 day statutory cancellation period, the Company will refund the cost of sending an item back to us only if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect.
